AS ABOVE, SO BELOW - THE WORLD IS AT A TURNING POINT
Look at what is happening in the world right now! We are entering November with 5 planets retrograde including the personal planets of Venus and Mercury, in the midst of enormous political, economic, and technological change.
The U.S. midterm elections take place November 3, just one day before Mercury Cazimi (when Mercury and the Sun come together) in Scorpio. Scorpio is associated with hidden power, money, control, and the secrets that lie beneath the surface. With Mercury retrograde moving into the heart of the Sun, we may be looking at a period of important revelations and a reassessment of who holds power. The last time we had an election with this astrology was a contested election with Al Gore and George Bush.
And then we have Mars and Jupiter moving together in Leo, meeting the South Node around the middle of November. The South Node represents our past. What are we repeating?
Leo rules royalty, kings, leadership, and the expression of individual power. It also represents big love and ruling from the heart. Mars brings conflict and aggression, while Jupiter expands whatever it touches. Look at the tensions among world leaders, the military conflicts affecting global energy supplies, and the enormous financial stakes involved. The Leo–Aquarius axis is being activated. This brings us to one of the most important questions of the Aquarian Era: Who holds the power, the individual leader or the collective? This is playing out now collectively with mass protests and riots across the world.
We have seen what happens when power is concentrated in the hands of a few. Now humanity (Aquarius) is being challenged (Pluto) to examine the systems it has created and the leaders it continues to empower. Interestingly, the North Node was in this region of Leo in July 2017. The South Node is returning to that territory now. In evolutionary astrology, this represents a nodal flip. Because a reversal acts like an energetic inversion, it frequently brings unforeseen shifts, partner realignments, or internal restructuring. It's an opportunity to revisit patterns connected with leadership, pride, recognition, and the use of personal power.
What have we learned in the last nine years?
Venus retrograde has been taking us through a deep reassessment of our values, relationships, and money. Meanwhile, global markets are navigating the increased pressure of rising energy costs, geopolitical instability, and concerns about the security of financial systems. One example is the recent $6.3 billion Binance Heist.
Venus and Mercury both station direct on November 13, meaning they come out of their retrograde cycle. Symbolically, we are beginning to emerge from the confusion and reconsider how we move forward in this fast changing world. But something much larger is developing. On November 29, Uranus in Gemini forms an exact trine to Pluto in Aquarius. Trines are very supportive energy. This is one of the defining astrological configurations of our time. Uranus governs electricity, innovation, disruption, unexpected events and sudden breakthroughs. Gemini rules communication, information, and networks. Pluto represents power, control, and the transformation of established systems.
Notice what is happening with artificial intelligence! AI is moving deeper into banking, investment management, cybersecurity, government, and those systems we depend upon every day. Financial regulators are already warning about the growing risks associated with autonomous AI, cyberattacks, and our increasing dependence on these technologies. We are watching a transformation of how information, power, and currency move through the world. The question becomes: Are we expanding human freedom, or creating systems that could diminish our sovereignty?
Aquarius governs networks and technology, and those same tools can be used to centralize control. On the flip side, we are seeing tremendous technological and health related advancements as well. There are wonderful breakthoughs that are incredibly inspiring and too many to list here. One example, are eye drops that are proving to correct vision, eliminating the need for glasses in the majority of people.
The Aquarian Era carries the promise of equality, community, and a higher level of collective consciousness where we can care for each other in a more compassionate way. Where nobody is left out. Aquarius is our hopes, dreams and wishes for a brighter future. This is why our own spiritual awakening and claiming our sovereighty matters.
Right in the middle of all this change comes the 11:11 Divinity Portal.
In Tantric Numerology, 11 represents the Divine Sound Current and spiritual mastery. Lets address the Naad or the Sound Current first. Sonoluminescence is the science of sound creating light and as we know light steps down into matter. It is the building block of the entire universe. It is the truth and this truth is contained in the bij mantras. Bij or Bija means seed. In these ancient light language mantras, the seeds of truth are discovered. Chanting or singing is incredibly uplifting and powerful. Adding the breath to the sound is the link to the Divine. That is one of the reasons mantra yoga or naad yoga feels so amazing and opens our hearts. And it is why we utilize it so much in Kundalini Yoga.
Now for the Mastery part- 11 is the root of all master numbers, 22,33,44,55 and so on. When one starts to awaken these master numbers appear and point you to your unfolding path. This is the gateway between the finite self and the Infinite Self. As humanity confronts old patterns of power, fear, separation, and control, we are being asked to examine those same patterns within ourselves.
Are we still operating through the victim-victimizer consciousness? Are we surrendering our sovereignty to outside authorities? Are we allowing fear to determine our future? The work begins within. Through Kundalini Yoga, mantra, meditation, and Lightbody practices, we are cultivating a deeper connection with our original divine nature.
The time is NOW to awaken to your own Divinity and Infinity. The Great Awakening begins within YOU.

New Moon in Scorpio
Scorpio New Moon — The Ascension Passage
Sunday, November 8 | 9:30 AM
We are moving into a powerful Scorpio New Moon on November 9, at 16°53′, with Mercury retrograde in Scorpio and Mars and Jupiter in Leo bringing up the past. What has been hidden is coming to the surface!
We've spent the Taurus Full Moon cycle confronting our fears and shedding attachments. Now Scorpio takes us through its three stages of ascension — the Scorpion, the Eagle, and the Phoenix.
The Scorpion represents our survival instincts, fears, and attachments. The Eagle rises above the limitations of the lower self, gaining a higher perspective. And the Phoenix is the ultimate transformation, rising from the ashes of what has been released.
We've done the shedding. Now how do we want to rise above? What timeline are we choosing to ascend into?
This New Moon opens a new cycle. With Mercury and Venus both turning direct on November 13, the energy begins shifting toward forward movement. It's time to become conscious of what we want to create and begin manifesting that next chapter.
Join us Sunday for Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and sound healing as we work with the metamorphosis of Scorpio and set our intentions for this new cycle.
