Taurus Full Moon- Oh Snap!

This is one of the biggest weeks astrologically of the year!
Saturn conjunct Neptune at 0° Aries on February 20, 2026 was the reset point. Shortly after, Uranus going into Gemini fully April 2026 sparked the conflict and war vibes. Now, with Venus retrograde joining the Sun in Scorpio and both activating Pluto, we are at the height of the intensity!
It's as though the inner planets are now being forced to deal with everything the outer planets have served up earlier in the year. Now is the reconning. What has been building beneath the surface is demanding our attention! The people collectively have HAD IT! And where in your life have YOU had it?
On October 19–20, Venus squared Pluto, Lord of the Underworld. And from October 19–23, Venus has been traveling through the underworld phase of her retrograde cycle. Tonight, Friday evening, October 23, Venus meets the Sun at 0°45′ Scorpio and is symbolically reborn. Purge and surrender are key concepts in this journey through the realm of death, rebirth, and transformation.
Then on Saturday, October 24, Mercury goes retrograde in Scorpio, remaining retrograde until November 13 when Venus comes out of retrograde as well! Buried truths, unresolved issues, and things we have been unwilling to look at are coming up for review.
Taurus–Scorpio: The Survival Axis
On Sunday, October 25, the Full Hunter's Moon occurs at 2°46′ Taurus at 9:12 PM Pacific, squaring Pluto in Aquarius. The Sun makes its exact square to Pluto on Monday, October 26.
The Taurus–Scorpio is the Survival Axis of the Zodiac. Taurus has to do with physical survival — food, clothing, money, comfort, and security. Scorpio is shared money, shared resources, deep sexual merging with another, death, destruction, and transformation.
Taurus clings to things it thinks are valuable. Scorpio represents the dead stuff, what has outlived its purpose and needs to disintegrate for rebirth. Where are you clinging to what's already dead?
It's no accident that Halloween falls during Scorpio season. This is the Fall season, when everything that has completed its cycle must be released. It is Shiva, the great transformer. It is the letting go. It is the exhale, the release.
This Full Moon is highlighting what makes us comfortable and what makes us uncomfortable. We are being shown where we're living in fear and how much stress that is creating in our bodies and our overall wellness. It's all about your value system now. Let go of expectations of what life is supposed to look like! The Sun is highlighting what you are so attached to. The Universe is forcing a let go.
This is repressed emotions stuck in the mud! Can you break out?
Collectively, people are reaching their limits. They are taxing and squeezing us through inflation and inequality to the very limits, and they want more from us! There is a growing frustration with the systems of power and control, and you can see it erupting around the world. It is a tipping point and people are snapping! Do not repress these emotions. Look at where that pressure is showing up in your own life and work with it.
On Full Moon Sunday, October 25, Venus retrogrades back into Libra, and by Wednesday, October 28, she opposes Chiron in Aries, with Eris also part of this larger picture of the wounded feminine. Remember Eris, sister of Mars? The betrayed feminine. And she is FURIOUS! The feminine is being targeted, and many of us may be feeling that very personally as well. Women especially may feel that their value, their power, or their very right to exist is under attack. The Divine Feminine is in all of us. It is the qualities of love, compassion, and receptivity. The balance of power needs to be recalibrated in all of us and in society.
Pluto in Aquarius is the catalyst. NOTE: Whereever you have Pluto in your chart you are bringing in the Age of Aquarius in that manner. These early years of this transit are showing us the imbalance and the growing demand for power to return to the people. Pluto has to go through its transformation, like the caterpillar in the chrysalis. Aquarius is the internet, freedome, technology, the collective "We".
And look what happened just yesterday, October 22! Major banks and investment firms are reporting AI agents showing up inside customer accounts, some apparently taking actions beyond what they were instructed to do. The banks are scrambling to contain it! Could there be a more striking example of Uranus (ruling planet of Aquarius) in Gemini working with Pluto in Aquarius? Uranus in Gemini is accelerating developments in technology and the exchange of information. Pluto represents power, control, and the enormous wealth concentrated in our financial institutions. Aquarius rules future technology and freedom. And now we have AI entering the very systems that control our money! Who is really in control? How much freedom are we giving away in the name of technological advancement? This is the struggle between power and freedom playing out right before our eyes!

Ultimately, to be happy through all change and have the full radiance of your Soul, there must be surrender to your Higher Self.
