It draws from the living transmission of Ascension Teachings, from the recovered wisdom of Ancient Mystery Schools spanning Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt, the Hermetic and Essene traditions, and from recently uncovered works within the Kundalini library that have not yet been published — each paired with its corresponding Ascension Teaching.

The most important lesson I have learned in over twelve years of teaching yoga is the one that took the longest to absorb: go straight to Source. Do not give your power to any teacher — including me.
Yogi Bhajan taught it himself — "The Guru is You" — and it remains true regardless of what we now know about him as a person. The teachings are the baby. The flaws of the human teacher are the dirty water. We do not throw one out with the other.
The Ascension Pathway was built on this understanding. Everything in this training — every kriya, every mantra, every teaching from the Mystery Schools and the Ascension lineage — is designed to strengthen your own direct relationship with Source. The Ascension Pathway runs from October 2026 through May 2027 — one weekend per month (Friday evening through Sunday), with mid-month Wednesday evening sessions held online for all students. Weekend sessions begin at 9:00am. The full training is available both in-person in Vista, CA and via live stream for students joining from anywhere in the world.
