CommuniTea Yoga & Meditation is a Private Member Association in Vista, California dedicated to supporting personal transformation. Our work blends Kundalini Yoga, Lightbody practices, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to create meaningful experiences for the mind, body, and energy system.
We offer private sessions, small-group gatherings, trainings, and online classes—all designed to awaken clarity, strengthen intuition, and reconnect you with your inner light. Our peaceful outdoor environment provides a calm, grounding setting for members seeking deeper balance and spiritual expansion.

Founder & Guide
Tina—known spiritually as Ardas Taran—shares her passion for healing, consciousness work, and intuitive development through yoga, breathwork, and Lightbody practices. With a background spanning spirituality, the environment, and executive development, she offers a unique blend of grounded leadership and energetic awareness.
Her mission is to help others move through life with clarity, strength, and inner peace.
