On Wednesday March 18 at 9:30am we will celebrate both the New Moon in Pisces and the Spring Equinox. Join us for a Kundalini Yoga Kriya to activate your renewed spring body! Class inclueds Astrology, light yoga for balance, a long chant and a rejuvenating sound healing. You will leave with a sense of renewal and brightness. Non Members $40.
