We begin April under a Full Moon in Libra, with the Sun in Aries shining a light on where there needs to be more balance, justice, and right relationship. With so much Aries fire building this month, this moon reminds us not to react too quickly, but to come back to center. Libra brings us back to harmony with ourselves and harmony with others. It helps us soften, listen, and restore balance where things have felt strained, reactive, or out of alignment.
This practice will include Kundalini Yoga, mantra, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to help throw off stress and bring relationships back into harmony while developing compassion, mercy, forgiveness, and grace. Offered online and in person. $33 exchange
