In Kundalini Yoga there as a meditation associated with Jesus and “Christ-consciousness. According to the notes from the Library, “There was a man in Nazareth known as Jesus who used to practice this meditation and he was so well known for using it to attain Christ-consciousness that the chant came to be called “Christ Mantra.”
We will practice this meditation as well as yoga and enjoy a sound healing. Included in membership or $33 in person $15 online
