About The Event
A typical offering combines aromatherapy with Young Living essential oils to ground energetically into an intention, ~20 minutes of meditative movement & light breathwork (kundalini, mantra, pranayama, & vinyasa) & then ~45-60 minutes of sound healing (crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, tuning forks, rain stick, etc.). It is a sensorial journey.
