Meet Tina, Ardas Taran.  With her deep understanding of diverse spiritual teachings and practices, Ardas Taran offers distinctive perspective and contribution to the field of holistic wellness. She will work with you personally to understand your concerns and taylor your healing accordingly.  Throughout her life, Tina has explored various forms of yoga, including Iyengar, Bikram, Tibetan Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aqua yoga. She expanded her knowledge and practice of yoga at the Chopra Institute, focusing on the seven spiritual laws of success, meditation and Ayurveda.

Additionally, Tina completed Life Mastery training with Anthony Robbins. It was in 2012 that Tina discovered Kundalini Yoga, which had a profound impact on her life and led her to become aninstructor/educator in this discipline. Her dedication to Kundalini Yoga is evident through her extensive advanced training, Level 2 and Level 3 certifications. She has also studied Thyroid Yoga, Corporate Yoga, Energy Healing, Beyond Addiction Kundalini Yoga, and is certified inY12SR Yoga, yoga for 12 step recovery, and Sound Healing. As an E-RYT® 500 and YACEP Yoga Alliance Certified Educator, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teaching.Tina's passion for holistic practices extends beyond yoga. With a background in the Ascended Master teachings since the age of seven, chanting mantras and decrees, she has become well-versed in the Sanskrit and Gurumuki languages used in Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga played such a pivotal role in Tina's physical and mental healing that she developed a new form of yoga practice called Light body Yoga. Light body Yoga is a fusion of yogic traditions, Kundalini yoga,ascension teachings, energy healing practices, and light language mantra technology.She is delighted to share her unique perspective on Light body Yoga through her new training,The ECKASHA Mystery School. This school is based on the Law of One Unity principle and revolves around the concept of ECKASHA as the God Seed—an energy that permeates the infinite multi-dimensional cosmos and serves as the foundation for all life forms, including the human body and energy field. Ardas Taran utilizes meditation, Kundalini Yoga, sound healing,light language, sacred geometry, activation, clearings, and other spiritual practices to accessions profound energy source, fueling consciousness and spiritual growth.
