About The Event
Join Riley and Olivia for a unique offering that combines sound healing and aromatherapy with Young Living essential oils to ground energetically into an intention, ~20 minutes of meditative movement & light breathwork & then ~45-60 minutes of sound healing (crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, tuning forks, rain stick, etc.). It is a sensorial journey to the bliss state.
