Restorative & Sound

Come journey with us into the joy of your heart. Allow  yourself to relax, unwind, and release into your subtle bliss body. Zoe  and Lucas will be guiding a restorative yoga practice, accompanied with  live music, pranayama, and yoga nidra. Designed for you to go deep  within, journeying through gentle postures to heal the physical &  energetic body, breathwork practices to balance your nervous system,  sacred songs to awaken the heart, and yoga nidra to travel deep within  to your inner light.

This offering will be held Friday, July 21st from 6:30 to  8:30 pm. $50 per person. Props will be provided, feel free to bring  anything else you’d like to be extra cozy. Space will be limited to 15  people due to space size. We look forward to sitting together in sacred  space.
