New Moon & Sound bath

New  Moon is a potent time to rest, go inward, and explore our heartfelt  intentions. Allow the vibrations of the Gongs and Crystal Sound Bowls to  bring you into deep rest in order to activate self-healing. It is an  inspiring time to consciously connect to the lunar energy. Come and  experience it for yourself!

We  will start with a short breathing exercise to settle in. Then the  sounds will lead us into an ethereal space, where our body feels deeply  relaxed and weightless. Our mind will be calmed and soothed. In this  transcendental space, we have the potential to heal ourselves on a  physical, mental, and spiritual level. Guided by our true essence, we  will explore this co-creation and connect deeper with our heartfelt  intentions. We will close our journey with grounding techniques.

Jen Carqueville

Jen  is a heart-guided Yoga Instructor and Sound Practitioner. Jen loves to  hold space to heal, uplift, and center. She teaches Kundalini with Sound  Healing at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas and Cosmic Flow in San Diego.  In addition, Jen hosts Sound Immersions and Retreats throughout San  Diego County. She fell in love with Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing  because of their inherent power to lift our consciousness and vitality  to live a happier and healthier life. Sonia Rodriguez

Sonia  utilizes crystal quartz singing bowls alongside other instruments to  create a relaxing environment that facilitates a meditative state. The  sound and frequency assist the mind, body and spirit to initiate deep  healing. As a Dance Fitness Instructor and Movement Facilitator, Sonia  draws on experience from her 12 years as a dance teacher to facilitate a  sacred space where souls can express their authentic selves. Sonia  completed a 100-Hour Sound Healing Certification in 2019 and became a  registered Yoga Alliance Teacher in 2022 both achieved through the Soul  of Yoga Institute.
