Light Body Yoga

We are multidimensional beings made of scalar waves of energy, light and sound and the morphogenic field that holds this is  your lightbody. Think of the Lightbody as your expanded energy body.  This session is a method of activating the light within the physical and  energetic bodies by utilizing Yoga, Meditation, Sound, Breathing and  Energetic Healing. The more lower vibration density we can shed the more  the lightbody is activated. This is biological ascension and higher  chakra embodiments to bring the lifeforce in and resurrect the primal  life force or Kundalini energy.
