The Full Moon in Gemini on December 3, 2025, spotlights the tension between information and meaning. A Gemini Moon opposite the Sun in Sagittarius amplifies conversations, messages, and media storms, while Mercury in late Scorpio pulls hidden motives and taboo truths up from underneath the surface. Saturn and Neptune in Pisces form the backdrop, asking us to sort out the difference between what we’d like to believe and what’s actually playing out and how we can clear the past timelines to reconcile the two.

This can be mentally and emotionally draining. Nervous systems run hot, people feel scattered or anxious, and Mars and Venus in Sagittarius ignite passionate debates around justice, freedom, and ideology. With Uranus at 29° Taurus, sudden shifts around money, food, the body, and our sense of security push us to reevaluate what’s truly stable.

In this Full Moon Kundalini Yoga class, we’ll use a new kriya from in the Library of Teachings, plus breathwork, mantra, and deep relaxation to:

• Soothe and strengthen the nervous system so you’re not overwhelmed by mental chatter

• Clear subconscious fear and confusion around information overload

• Check whether your inner narrative genuinely matches the reality of your life now

• Release old stories that no longer make sense and open space for a clearer truth

We’ll work with a new Kundalini kriya for revealing the truth and our vastness—using our hands (Gemini rules the hands) in to gently unwind distortions of the past and past-life trauma from the nervous system, aura, and lightbody. You will experience the gentle unspooling old timelines while the breath expands you into a wider field of clarity and Vastness.

This practice is a sacred pause from the noise: a chance to let the mind empty out, recalibrate, and choose conversations, ideas, and timelines that truly matter and align with your new frequency.
