Rose has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She first found yoga when searching for relief from the stressors of a corporate job in technology. Yoga proved transformational for her physically, emotionally and spiritually. In 2005, Rose discovered Prenatal Kundalini Yoga, while pregnant with her first child and was profoundly moved by the teachings. Practicing Kundalini Yoga, the “Yoga for the Householder” gave her strength, wisdom and connection throughout both of her pregnancies, births and into parenting young children. In 2014 she completed her RYT200 hour certification in Kundalini Yoga. Her greatest gift of these teachings was to learn that everything you need is already inside of you and is not something or someone out there.

Being the mother of two young children, Rose felt called to teach and serve children and parents in the community. She pursued her Kids Yoga Teacher Training through Next Generation Kids Yoga. Then, she completed her K-12 Mindful Schools Program and has been teaching Mindfulness in a public school setting. Rose brings her background in Technology into her Yoga and Mindfulness teaching to help her students grow mindfully in the digital age.
