Chair yoga allows you to listen to your body and make the most nurturing choices. What Kundinyasa Yoga?
The best of both worlds! In this class you will mindfully breath and move into a Vinyasa Flow, connecting and stretching the body and end with a Kundalini mediation kriya.
What is Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga?
Khalsa way is Kundalini Yoga modified to benefit those expecting a child or hoping to conceive. Students will tune into their own body and use intuition to connect with their unborn child. Each class will feature movement to strengthen and prepare the muscles involved in childbirth, meditation, and mantra.
What is Kids Yoga & Mindfulness?
Classes explore yoga poses, cooperative games, partner practices, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and creative relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. Children enjoy creative class themes such as All We Need is Love, Giving and Receiving, Peace Begins With Me, and Gratitude is Our Attitude.
